Cancellation Policy
Hudson Cub-Ventures requires a 50% deposit to hold a charter reservation. For your convenience and ours, our cancellation policy is very simple and straight forward. Cancel with 90 days or more - 90% refund Cancel within 15-89 days - 50% refund Cancel within 14 days - NO refund Cancellation within 14 days or less from your scheduled flight results in deposits being non-refundable. A 100% refund will be issued to those whose flights are cancelled due to weather on our behalf.
